Cleaning Supervisor (Part-time)
Salary from £15,482.16 to £19,352.71 per annum for 20 to 25 hours per week.

* Supervising the Domestic Assistants to ensure a timely and efficient Housekeeping Service
* Liaising with student residents to encourage responsible use and care of residential facilities
* Managing attendance, performance and conduct
* Assisting the Head Housekeeper and Head of Housekeeping with their responsibilities
* Liaising with other departments, including Maintenance and Accommodation, as required
This is a hands‑on position, so you must be comfortable getting involved in cleaning tasks when required. This is not an office‑based role, and only 10% of the weekly working time will be spent on administrative duties.
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Substantial cleaning experience
* Strong initiative, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead by example
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of relevant Health & Safety provisions
* Proficiency in email and database use
* A good command of the English language
The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a flexible approach to tasks and able to work without direct supervision.
Hours: 20 or 25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (some weekend work may be required). Daily unpaid 30‑minute lunch break. Potential flexibility on start/finish times.
Annual salary: £15,482.16 – £19,352.71 for 20‑25 hours per week (Step 33). In addition, an attractive benefits package is offered.
