Job Title: Process Controller (Weighing & Process Monitoring) Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland Salary: £30,000 per annum Shift: Day shift Role Summary The Process Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling key production processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. This includes weighing, batching, and ongoing checks at critical stages of production. Key Responsibilities Monitor weighing and batching of ingredients to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications Conduct process checks at critical control points during production Record and maintain accurate process and weight data Identify deviations or process variances and escalate to supervisors Support quality and production teams to maintain standards Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures Perform pre-start and routine equipment/process checks to ensure readiness Maintain a safe and clean working environment Requirements Requirements Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in process monitoring or control Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset
