Position: RN / MDS Coordinator
The RN / MDS Coordinator manages Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure proper reimbursement. Responsibilities include maintaining MDS assessment schedules, performing concurrent reviews, collaborating with staff for accurate documentation, and ensuring quality care plans.
Requirements include:
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in the state of employment
* At least one year of long-term care clinical nursing experience
* Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and MDS completion is highly desirable
* Current BLS/CPR certification
