What Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
1. Committed to safeguarding and child protection.
2. Sympathetic to our Christian ethos.
3. Able to demonstrate high levels of English and Maths to support in KS1 and KS2.
4. Experience of teaching a synthetic phonics program is desirable.
5. Emotionally intelligent.
6. Value developing the whole child.
7. Work effectively as a team.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Willingness to work as part of our community.
10. Willingness to train in Read Write Inc essential.
11. May be asked to work across the Federation.
12. Midday supervision will be required.
