Role Responsibilities As our first dedicated commercial hire, you will own the sales pipeline and growth roadmap. You will: Design and execute a growth strategy that aligns with Fyous’ vision and scalability. Drive end-to-end sales activities across key verticals: aerospace, medical, footwear, and advanced manufacturing. Explore and validate product-market fit in adjacent sectors, identifying where Fyous tech can unlock outsized value. Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, OEMs, and innovation-forward manufacturers. Lead all HubSpot CRM activities, reporting on pipeline, conversion, and customer journeys. Create sales playbooks, collateral, and outbound strategies from scratch. Generate and qualify inbound leads, refine pricing models, and support proposal development. Represent Fyous at industry events, trade shows, and direct outreach initiatives. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track sales, traction, and growth experiments. Plan and execute the hiring of a future sales team as commercial momentum increases. This role is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and strategically critical. Ideal Candidate Profile Essential Skills & Experience: Proven ability to build a sales function from the ground up, ideally in a hardware or tech-heavy startup. Demonstrated success selling complex B2B or industrial products. Track record in finding and shaping product-market fit across multiple sectors. Experience using HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines and insights. Strong commercial intuition and understanding of unit economics, pricing, and value delivery. Able to operate autonomously while collaborating deeply with technical and leadership teams. Able to source, interpret, and analyse data to inform strategic decisions. Desirable: Background in engineering, materials, manufacturing, or deep tech sectors. Experience working across borders or with global markets. Multilingual skills are advantageous. Experience in the orthotics and prosthetics industry is an advantage. Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and treat every obstacle as a learning opportunity.
