SF Recruitment are supporting a well-established white-collar business in North Birmingham seeking experienced interim HR support during a particularly busy period. \n \nLocation: North Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available) \nHours: Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (30 hrs considered) \nContract: 3-4 Weeks Initially (Potential for Extension)\n\nHourly rate: Equivalent to £45,000 per annum.\n \nThe successful candidate will be available to start immediately and commit to the term of assignment. \n \nThis is a hands-on role focused on supporting a redundancy process from start to finish, so prior experience managing end-to-end redundancy projects is essential.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you'll act as a key partner in delivering a smooth and compliant process while supporting ongoing employee relations activities. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \nLead and support the delivery of a redundancy process, ensuring all stages are handled professionally and compliantly \nManage employee relations issues as they arise \nAct as an additional resource to the HR team during a period of high activity \n \nIdeal Candidate: \nProven experience delivering redundancy projects from start to finish \nStrong ER knowledge and experience \nAble to hit the ground running with minimal supervision \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment \n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term, impactful role with flexibility and the potential for extension. \n \nInterested?
