Job description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Credit control and debtors management, including reconciliation of key accounts Liaising with Project Managers to resolve invoicing queries Assist in preparation of supplier payment runs for management review Reconciliation of supplier statements to Sage Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and correspondence Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Support management on monthly financial reporting as required What were looking for Sage experience desirable but not essential AAT or actively studying; looking to progress studies Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Strong Excel skills Desirable XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc Experience of working in accounts Clear and confident communicator - written and verbal Join us as we continue to grow and provide outstanding service!
