Job Title: Quality Control Support

Hours: 37½ hours per week
Job Purpose:
To play a pivotal role within the QA team that manages and oversees all aspects of product quality through daily activities. Review all automotive, motorcycle and industrial returns. Monitor all batch codes for shelf life and aged stock.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management and processing of customer returns.
* Assist with investigation requests from the Querry Resolution team concerning picking, labelling and stock errors from customer complaints.
* Maintain stock and testing to identify out-of-date products.
* Assist with the highlighting of aged products.
* Undertake and participate in pre-delivery inspections on OEM and OES customers.
* Incoming goods receiving inspection analysis for Auto, Motorcycle and Industrial.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Must have previous administration experience preferably with a warehouse background with knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Dynamics 365.
* Clean Driving Licence & Forklift Truck Licences would be an advantage (training given).
