A highly regarded medium-sized residential care home in the Carnoustie area is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and continue driving exceptional standards of person-centred care. The home provides high-quality residential and respite care within a warm, therapeutic, and homely environment.
We are looking for a passionate, capable leader who can inspire others, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold a culture of excellence across care quality, staff development, and operational performance. About the Residential Home Manager role and what's on offer
* Permanent, full-time contract - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with on‑call duties)

What we're looking for in a Residential Home Manager
* Experienced Residential Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up, with a strong understanding of regulated care services
* Thorough knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance frameworks
* Experience supporting older people and/or adults with complex care needs
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to support budgets, occupancy management, audits, and compliance systems
* Committed to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for residents
* Confident, compassionate, and proactive in leading and developing a high‑performing care team
