Planet Pharma is partnered with a global animal health company and is actively seeking a Commercial Supply Chain Manager to join the business in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead demand planning and forecasting for assigned markets/products, ensuring accurate, data-driven projections aligned with commercial goals.
* Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
* Coordinate S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, driving alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
* Act as the key supply chain partner for commercial teams, supporting product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
* Monitor supply performance and proactively address risks, shortages, delays, or capacity constraints.
* Analyze sales trends, market demand, and supply data to recommend adjustments to inventory or replenishment strategies.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and global supply chain teams to ensure efficient product flow from production to customers.
* Support product launch planning, ensuring accurate launch forecasts, readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.
* Develop and report supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial leaders, distributors, logistics partners, and operations teams.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years Pharma experience
