Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a General Practice (GP) Receptionist/Administrator located in Harrow. The role involves managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to the clinical team. The receptionist/administrator will also assist with scheduling and coordinating communication between patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring a welcoming and efficient practice environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge or experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, and general Medicine
Understanding of Nursing practices and patient care procedures
Experience in or willingness to undergo Training related to healthcare administration and GP operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration among patients, clinicians, and the administrative team
Proficiency with office management tools and patient record systems
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
