An opportunity has arisen for a Publicly Funded Family Solicitor to join a well-established legal firm offering a broad range of legal services to both personal and commercial clients.
As a Publicly Funded Family Solicitor, you will be managing a caseload of Legal Aid family matters under supervision.
This role offers a salary of up to GBP 45,000 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Handling care proceedings and Children Act cases
* Managing domestic violence and injunction matters
* Overseeing emergency protection applications
* Conducting applications under the Family Law Act
* Liaising with CAFCASS, social services, and expert witnesses
What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Family law Solicitor, Legal Aid Solicitor, Publicly Funded Family Solicitor or in a similar role.
* Be a newly qualified solicitor or have 3 years PQE.
* Possess experience in publicly funded family law
* Competent in managing Legal Aid matters from instruction to conclusion
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
* Advocacy experience is desirable
