Location: Birchwood Contact Centre, The Point, 410 Birchwood Boulevard, Birchwood, WA3 7WD
Type: Permanent, Full Time, Grade 2
Salary: £27,393.60 per annum plus performance-related bonus up to 10% monthly (after 3 months)
Working hours: 40 hours/week on rotational shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend work approximately 1 in 4 weekends, including Saturdays 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM. Shifts may include public holidays.
Initially on-site for 12 weeks, then hybrid working after probation.

Your role involves supporting and guiding customers, owning issues through to resolution by investigating, managing, and resolving complaints related to insurance, credit, and warranty services.
Responsibilities include:
* Investigating and managing customer cases from initial contact to resolution
* Communicating with customers, team members, and partners via calls, email, or letter, providing updates
* Identifying issues and utilizing tools to resolve them promptly
* Providing feedback and suggesting improvements for customer service
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Availability for shifts including evenings and weekends
* Experience in complaint management is advantageous
