Sales Administrator Location : Near Burnham, Middlesex Salary to £28K Bens A well‑established clothing supplier is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery Maintain sales reports, product data and inventory information with strong attention to detail Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional support and updates Coordinate sample management, ensuring samples are tracked, organised and accessible Support the sales team with admin tasks including scheduling, follow-ups and internal coordination Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service What We’re Looking For (must have to be shortlisted ) A background recently in sales administration Strong written and verbal communication skills, English should be a first language due to the accuracy needed Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organisation, accuracy and time‑management A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn Based commutable to Burnham.
