The Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support to a team of Financial Planners, assisting in the delivery of high-quality advice to clients. Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing detailed suitability reports
* Conducting research and analysis across financial planning products
* Supporting Financial Planners with client recommendations
* Liaising with providers and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met
Candidate Profile:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
* Previous experience within a Paraplanning role
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
* Familiarity with Intelligent Office would be advantageous
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Professional and proactive approach to work
* Basic salary up to £50,000
* Discretionary bonus
* Full support for professional qualifications and exams
Location:
This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required to the Cardiff office for team meetings and collaboration. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance.
