Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will need to be able to work using your own initiative and be able to perform effectively as part of an established team. You’ll have a positive and energetic nature and understand how to achieve high standards of customer care.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Manager at The Imperial Hotel, you will be responsible for helping with guest luggage and serving bar and lounge food and drink. This role would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work for an established luxury hotel chain whilst furthering their career in the hospitality industry.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Assist in the management, training and development of the food and beverage team.
* Assist in the day-to-day running and management of the hotel.
* Be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Brend Hotels group in all your business relationships.
* Assist the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Heads of Department to ensure that the customer service is at the forefront of all we do.


What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role as an Assistant Manager at The Imperial Hotel, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience within a similar role
* The ability to motivate, inspire and train team members
* A hands-on approach and desire to lead by example

Ideally, applicants should have previous experience in a similar establishment and hold a full UK driving license.
