Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in administration? We’re looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to support the smooth operation of a professional services firm with a strong client focus located in Ipswich.
This role is an entry-level role and ideal for a school leaver or someone that is starting their administration career as training will be provided. Duties include:
* Reception support (including greeting customers, answering telephones and taking accurate messages)
* Co-ordinating meetings and arranging travel
* Filing
* Data entry
* Providing administration assistance to other team members
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, well-organised, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a respected professional environment. To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate;
* Due to the administrative nature of this role, we are seeking good spelling skills and attention to detail (including sound English results) and accurate keyboarding skills
* A sound understanding of MS Word and MS Outlook, together with confidence learning and using new computer packages.
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels in a variety of situations.
* Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and develop professionally.
* Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
This role is initially temporary but offers a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a respected professional firm. For the right candidate, there is potential for the position to become ongoing or permanent.
