As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a IT Intern in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate can expect to:
1. Ensure all reported application problems and helpdesk tickets are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
2. Carry out troubleshooting and fault fixing to maintain end-user systems and applications
3. Carry out the installation, upgrading and configuration of IT software
4. Ensure compliance of the Company’s security policies and standards
5. Complete key administrative tasks within the department

What you need to succeed?
Essential Criteria:
6. Working towards a degree in a relevant IT discipline
7. Customer service focused approach with a proactive and strong work ethic
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Demonstrative ability to work as part of a team and individually
10. Experience of PC hardware setup and configuration
11. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows based environments
Desirable Criteria:
12. Previous IT helpdesk experience
