About the Role Join our project delivery team as an HSE Advisor (European Project Support) and take responsibility for ensuring the rigorous implementation, testing, and compliance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across installation and robotic systems. We are looking for a methodical, organised, and driven individual who will be critical in maintaining a zero-incident culture and ensuring strict compliance with all industrial and safety standards across our European projects. Requirements About You You are a qualified safety professional who holds relevant certifications, such as a NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent). With a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HSE field capacity, you possess an expert knowledge of UK safety legislation and are familiar with key European HSE directives and national laws. You are skilled at developing and interpreting RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) and are capable of troubleshooting and managing incidents under high pressure, and your commitment to safety is uncompromising. Key Focus Compliance & Audit Perform regular safety inspections and audits, enforcing adherence to site safety rules. Risk Management Develop, review, and approve RAMS for high-risk installation activities. Incident Investigation Lead thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for all incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions swiftly. Training & Liaison Deliver essential HSE induction and toolbox talks, serving as the primary liaison for local client and regulatory bodies. Environmental Stewardship Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, focusing on waste management and pollution prevention.
