Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating delightful beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering queries about the menu.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for cash handling.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
* Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
* Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
* COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Personal Alcohol prefered
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or serving role.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
