Job Description: We are looking for a Stock Controller to support warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, managing driver bookings and documentation, and ensuring smooth dispatch processes while liaising with teams, customers, and transport providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the access and exit of third-party drivers, always ensuring site safety and compliance.
• Book in drivers and accurately manage all delivery and collection documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with Team Leaders across shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, Customer Services, and transport providers.
• Manage the dispatch and release of outbound orders in line with operational requirements.
• Provide regular updates and report into the Stock & Systems Supervisor.
