Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operative responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including organizing supplies, stock control, and distributing products to our team of field engineers. You will also deploy vehicles to Engineers, ensuring each vehicle is equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee warehouse operations, organize supplies, manage stock, and distribute products to Engineers.
* Follow warehouse processes to maximize productivity and reduce errors.
* Conduct regular inventory counts and audits for accurate stock management.
* Coordinate with departments to fulfill customer orders promptly.
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment following health and safety standards.
Requirements
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good time management skills for task prioritization.
* Proficiency in SAP, Word, and Excel.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
* Problem-solving skills to address operational issues.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Experience with SAP.
* Ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
