The Post This role sits at the centre of Brent’s digital transformation programme, supporting a wide range of services to redesign processes, improve customer journeys, and implement data-driven solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will turn complex information into meaningful insight, helping services understand pain points, opportunities, and the benefits of change. You will work closely with project managers, residents, and service teams to map processes, develop user stories, analyse data trends, and shape future digital solutions The Business Analyst will support the delivery of Brent’s Digital Transformation Programme by working with services, residents, and project teams to understand current challenges and shape improved ways of working. The role focuses on gathering and analysing service requirements, mapping customer journeys and processes, facilitating workshops, and turning qualitative and quantitative insight into clear business requirements, user stories, and evidence-based outputs that inform service redesign and digital delivery.
