Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a highly regarded planning and development consultancy in the West Midlands that is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a Senior Planner.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice with a strong presence across the region. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice across a diverse project portfolio – from major residential schemes to mixed-use and strategic land developments.
Location: West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, or surrounding areas – hybrid working available)

What We’re Looking For:
1. MRTPI qualified (or working towards it with significant experience)
2. Proven experience in planning consultancy or local authority
3. Strong understanding of the UK planning system and current policy landscape
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. A commercial mindset with the confidence to liaise with clients and stakeholders
6. Ability to manage projects independently while mentoring junior colleagues
