Role: Technical Lead
Everything they manufacture is low volume and high value; everything is built as one‑offs. You will be responsible for many different things, including maintaining and developing the company's technical knowledge and strengthening R&D and application capabilities. You will also be responsible for the following:

The Candidate: Technical Lead
The successful candidate will be positive and confident in their ability, self‑motivated with excellent leadership skills. You will also have most of the following skills and experience:
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Physics, Material Science, Engineering or a related field.
* 5 years in a relevant industry with previous management experience.
* A hands‑on collaborative approach with a can‑do attitude; lead by example.
* Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
* Full driving license and valid passport are essential.
