The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will support the delivery of an exceptional patient experience, assisting with frame styling, dispensing support, and day‑to‑day practice operations. You will work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, ensuring every patient receives a high level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting dispensing and assisting patients with frame selection
* Taking measurements and adjustments
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Supporting the daily running of the practice
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in optics preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional and friendly approach
* Willingness to learn and develop
