About the role: As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your responsibilities will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans. You will support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits when necessary, and helping with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.
You should be a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in a care or support environment. A passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people is essential, along with the ability to work well within a team in a busy setting. You must be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally, you will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification. However, consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.

Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (details below)
Hours: 16 - 20 per week
