As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide psychotropic medication management to patients in long-term care facilities. This includes: Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Offering psychotropic medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
