Our Tesla Support Advisors aren't just technically gifted; they are also great communicators who put the customer first. As a Tesla Support Advisor, your role will be to guide our existing and future customers, creating an exciting, memorable, and best-in-class experience.
You will join an international and diverse team supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and mobility.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Support: Supporting Tesla customers on a wide range of matters, resolving roadside, technical, and service-related inquiries. You will guide, educate, troubleshoot, and contribute to an excellent customer experience, every time.
2. Coordinate: Collaborating with Tesla colleagues and departments locally and globally to ensure consistency in customer experience.
3. Make a difference: Creating an experience where every Tesla customer feels valued, heard, and informed.
4. Develop: Being part of a brilliant team with a growth mindset, facing new challenges daily, and continuously learning and developing.
What You'll Bring
1. Customer-centric attitude: Acting with the customer in mind, contributing to an improved support experience based on your background in customer support.
2. Excellent communication skills: Managing English fluently, communicating clearly, concisely, and respectfully. Additional languages are a plus.
3. Digital savviness: Quickly adopting and adapting to new technology and systems.
4. Multi-tasking ability: Prioritizing efficiently, delivering on time, and maintaining focus on the big picture.
5. Fast learner: Eager to learn and thrive on new challenges, with training provided to upskill quickly.

7. Valid driver’s license: Required to hold a full, valid driver’s license.
