Responsibilities
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop, review and update HRUC's policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
* Implementing processes to monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, i.e. safeguarding, data protection, and equality laws risk
* Producing reports on compliance status for senior management, identifying key trends, risks, and areas requiring improvement
* Being first point of contact for compliance, policy, and complaints-related queries from staff, senior management, and external bodies
We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:
Qualifications
* At least 3 years experience in a compliance/regulatory related role
* Track record of implementing a compliance framework and monitoring progress and communicating to internal stakeholders.
* The ability to understand, communicate, and implement regulations, policies, and guidance.
* Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, Equality and Diversity laws
* Methodical and thorough approach to work and strong attention to detail
