The Company:
A well-established tour operator specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland
Main duties: An exciting opportunity to be the main point of contact with clients building relationships with the aim to increase sales while ensuring Tour operations are managed efficiently
The Role:
- To develop a relationship with your clients to understand their needs ensuring the products are best suited in order to increase sales and growth in the Far East
- Be able to understand the clients sales cycle ensuring quotes are relevant
- Supporting the Far East Sales Team in meeting clients requirements ensuring the best product is offered to maximise sale
-Be responsible for preparing itineraries, costings and quotes
- Ensuring offers are competitive and profitable
- Resolving any client queries as needed
