We are currently recruiting experienced social workers/senior practitioners to join our Assessment & Intervention team.
We are looking for experienced practitioners who are able to demonstrate that they:
1. Have a commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare
2. Have experience in a social care setting with ability to assess needs, identify appropriate social work interventions, plan, prioritise and evaluate
3. Have communication and collaboration skills to build productive working relationships in a multi-agency environment
4. Have the ability to engage individuals, families and carers and use their views to inform assessments, plans and interventions
5. Have up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends, policies, regulation and safeguarding
6. proactively use supervision to reflect critically on practice, explore different approaches and understand the boundaries of professional accountability
7. Can co-work and mentor less experienced practitioners
8. Are willing to work towards Practice Educator Level 1 or 2 or already have a Practice Educator qualification.
