We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Gas Engineer. The role will require you to carry out day to day repairs, fault finding and annual servicing to domestic social housing properties for one of our leading clients covering Hertfordshire. Role Information: * Service & Breakdown Engineer * Van, phone and fuel card provided * Call out 1 in 4 weeks * 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increases by 1 for every 2 years served) * Average of 8 jobs per day * Monday to Friday, between 08:00am – 6:00pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch break * Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties * To ensure that all work carried out complies with the relevant sections of the ‘Health and Safety at Work Act’ (risk assessment, asbestos awareness etc.) What you Need: * Experienced within social housing with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit. * You will have experience in a Gas Engineer role & will have experience in servicing, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs * Minimum of 5 years qualified in Gas * Minimum of 2 years social housing experience * As a minimum you should have the following competencies: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * Employee Assistance Programme * Life insurance * Employee Referral Scheme * Staff...
