* Engage with applicants via phone, introduce them to Verisure, and assess their suitability.
* Use our AI-powered CRM to schedule interviews.
* Keep up the momentum—respond to EVERY applicant! We receive a lot of applications!
* Bring fresh ideas to improve our hiring process.
