Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to oversee commercial financial operations and lead a team of Finance Managers. You'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring consistent financial reporting within the business. Location: Stafford (Hybrid Working)
Position: Finance Business Partner
Full-Time Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
* Directly manage 3 Finance Managers, ensuring consistency in reporting across the Retail warehouse network
* Provide financial guidance for new projects, contract-wide reporting, and tracking project spend
* Drive financial activities that align with business objectives and improve operational performance
* Lead the training and development of new Finance Managers in the network, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing
* Manage monthly reporting requirements
* Support Lean initiatives, project benefit tracking, and reporting improvements across the network
Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting knowledge
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
