Your Role in the Team
As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power you will be the welcoming host for our customers in retail shops, delivering an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly with every visitor, provide best‑in‑class service, create a friendly atmosphere and promote our online and retail products. Your enthusiasm for technology will help ensure every customer enjoys their time with us.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in‑shop transactions
* Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
* Manage all operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer‑focused
* Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
Qualifications
Looking for proactive and motivated individuals passionate about achieving results and meeting shop goals. Training will be provided – a positive attitude is crucial.
