Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary requirements.
* Administer medication as prescribed, following proper protocols.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
* Maintain accurate care records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
* Perform light housekeeping duties, contributing to a clean and safe living space.
* Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and reliability in meeting the needs of clients.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* A valid driving licence may be required for home care roles.
