Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a People Services Administrator, located in Darwen with flexibility for some work from home. The People Services Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks including providing administrative support, assisting with customer service inquiries, and delivering technical support and training. The role involves interacting with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective People Services operations.

* Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities
* Technical Support proficiency
* Ability to provide process training and mentorship
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency with office software and tools
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
* Experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
