Remote Conveyancer
A national firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a supportive structure, strong systems and a clear bonus scheme for those comfortable managing its own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion
* Handle a mix of sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold transactions
* Deal with matters such as shared ownership, title queries and enquiries
* Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Progress matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client service
Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
* Proven ability to manage files independently
* Experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
* Exposure to shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload
