Bespoke Care Services are a small family run domiciliary agency based in Morecambe supporting client's in the Lancaster, Morecambe and surrounding area.
Our clients really are at the centre of all that we do which is why we are recruiting for a Senior Community Support Worker to enhance our clients experience with Bespoke Care Services. The role of Senior Support Worker will be extremely varied, with time spent in the community offering hands on support to our clients and the remainder of your time spent supporting and supervising our current care team alongside under the guidance of our Team Leader and Care Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be extremely passionate and have the ability to be part of our team to deliver an outstanding level of care to all of our clients.
You will set your own rolling 2 week rota, our shifts are;
7am-2pm
7am-6pm
4pm-11pm
You will be required to offer some form of flexibility within your role.
All our team are required to work every other weekend, as a Senior Care Assistant you would be required to do the same, you would also be required to take part in the company on call rota.
A requirement of the role is that you must have a full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle due to the location of our clients. In return you will be reimbursed 35p per mile
