Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/ Project Manager with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will lead our interior design department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, creative, and sustainable design solutions that align with our clients' visions and brand identities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the interior design team to deliver innovative and immersive event designs.
* Oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
* Maintain a focus on sustainability in all design processes and materials.
* Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into design strategies.
* Provide detailed updates to stakeholders on project progresses, issues and difficulties
Qualifications
:
* Proven experience as in a senior Interior Design position
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* Proficiency in design software and tools.
