Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage!)
Enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays, Sleep-ins paid at £65.
Contract: part-time, 2 x 20 hour posts.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting people with daily living skills and independence.
* Being a strong advocate for the people we support and their families.
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
* Building meaningful relationships and communicating effectively.
* Administering medication safely and responsibly.

3-week induction and buddy support.
Enhanced DBS and recruitment checks required.
Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care to be completed during probation with dedicated study days.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, caring, and ready to change lives.
* Previous experience in support work for adults with learning disabilities or autism.
* Good communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to administer medication safely.
* Valid DBS and very good health.
