We're looking for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join our growing private client team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the delivery of tailored tax services to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and private clients, while helping to manage and mentor junior staff. You'll be part of a close-knit and highly collaborative tax team that values knowledge-sharing, open communication, and mutual respect.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs and international individuals.
* Preparing and reviewing UK personal tax returns with the support of a strong technical team.
* Supporting junior team members through mentoring and review, helping them develop in their roles.
* Acting as a point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships.
* Staying up to date with current legislation and contributing to technical discussions and team development.
* Supporting senior management with project work and ad hoc advisory assignments.

About You
We're looking for someone who is technically competent, people-oriented, and values a balanced working life:
* ATT qualified with at least 3 years' experience in personal tax.
* Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or complex private client portfolios.
* A strong communicator who can work well with clients and team members alike.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Keen to contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
