Job Description:
A high performing, award-winning, global hedge fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.
The successful candidate will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy and serve as the main point of contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and traders. With most back-office and operations tasks outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight responsibilities, managing relationships with multiple external service providers.
Project work is prominent, with opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python for major buildout initiatives. The candidate will also project manage junior staff on existing projects.
Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, IB, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
The role offers a salary range of £85-115k and a bonus potential of up to 50% for top performers. The firm provides full subsidies for industry qualifications, as well as breakfast, lunch, and gym membership.
