We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a small, established team of social workers and Social Worker Assistants within our Family Help Service.

About you
You will be:
* A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
* An experienced practitioner with substantial post-qualifying experience in statutory children’s social care
* Experienced in managing, supervising and developing staff
* Confident in leading complex decision-making and managing risk
* Skilled in building strong multi-agency partnerships
* Committed to restorative, relationship-based practice
* You will bring resilience, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and families.
