M4 Recruitment are seeking a skilled Reach Truck FLT Driver to join our clients warehouse team based in SN3. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to handle and store goods, as well as performing a variety of warehouse duties to support our day-to-day operations. A flexible, proactive approach is essential, as youll be working across different tasks to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly. Working Hours:Monday - Friday(8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Key Responsibilities: Operate a Reach Truck to safely move goods and materials within the warehouse, efficiently stacking and retrieving items from high racking systems. Assist with general warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for dispatch. Organise and store stock, ensuring its placed in the correct locations and rotated regularly to prevent damage or expiry issues. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies. Load and unload deliveries, checking the condition of goods upon arrival and ensuring correct storage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment, following health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures. Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to assist the wider team and improve warehouse efficiency. Key Requirements: Valid Reach Truck FLT license is essential. Counterbalance FLT license is preferred but not essential. Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse setting is required. A flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to assist in various warehouse tasks as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
