Responsibilities
* As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personal and practical support.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and medication management.
* Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to help clients enjoy their daily routines.
Ideal candidates
* A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
* Experience of delivering person centred care to residents within a Care Home setting.
* Experience in a care environment is preferred, although we welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
* Ideally working towards or hold an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* An Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conducts
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Have a passion to deliver high levels of care at all times.
* SSSC Registration or willingness to register within the specified timescale.
