Mere Green Primary School has a vacancy for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to lead the lunchtime team. We looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team, supporting our children both in the dining hall and outside during their break. The role will involve: Leading a team of lunchtime supervisors Preparing the dining room for lunch time, including setting out tables Supervising pupils in the Dining Room during lunch time, on the playground or in the classrooms Sweeping, cleaning and putting tables away and tidying up after lunch To collect and return pupils to their classes The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our children throughout the lunch period, and will need to be vigilant at all times and ensure that school systems are followed. 10 hours per week Term time only Grade 2 £24,796 - £26,824 per annum FTE (£5,867.63 - £6,347.53 per annum), plus allowance of £654.00 per annum, pro rated to hours worked What you'll need to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A flexible approach and able to lead and be part of a team Commitment to safeguarding What you'll get in return A supportive and collaborative working environment A strong culture of staff wellbeing and support How to apply: To arrange an informal chat about the role, please contact Lucia Wilder, Deputy Headteacher, via email: l.thornton@meregrn.bham.sch.uk To apply please complete an application form online.
