REACHE Tutor Administrator Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the REACHE Team with administration support.
This is a 6 month fixed term role to provide administration support to the REACHE Team.
Main duties of the job
* Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, using judgement to establish priority and direct calls or messages appropriately.
* Acknowledge emails, disseminate information, and escalated issues to the relevant person as required.
* Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of monthly teaching delivered by internal and external tutors.
* Prepare, schedule, and attend meetings when required, including taking and distributing minutes.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in line with Trust policies.
* Any work reasonably requested by REACHE leads.
* Provide administrative support to the applications team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* 5 GCSE at Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent
* NVQ III in Office Administration or equivalent experience
* ECDL Qualification or equivalent
Experience
* Experience of working with vulnerable individuals
Knowledge
* Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Knowledge of REACHE and how the role fits within the education sector
Skills
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
* Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
* Ability to multitask and to prioritise own workload
* Motivated, flexible and proactive
