We are recruiting for a high-calibre School Business Manager for an Outstanding academy in Plymouth. This full-time, permanent position is available for a June 2026 start. We are seeking a practitioner who can provide the technical and administrative expertise required to support the Headteacher in leading a successful and diverse community.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the finance, site, and admin teams
* Draft and manage the school’s long-term capital development plan
* Ensure the school’s recruitment and business practices promote inclusion
* Manage complex service level agreements and external contracts
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong background in finance and operational management
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently
* Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £44,000 – £52,000
